The word and concept of victim bear a heavy weight. Boken Kunstpedagogisk utviklingsarbeid i barnehagen viser hvordan man kan skape engasjement i personalet og gi plass til kunstfaglige aktiviteter i barnehagen. Et barnehagepersonale som arbeider med kunstuttrykk selv, vil være bedre i stand til å møte og tilrettelegge for barns kunstneriske uttrykk og for barns lek. I boken viser forfatterne hvordan man kan gjennomføre utviklingsprosesser alene og sammen med andre i barnehagen. Målgruppen for boken er studenter i barnehagelærerutdanningen og ansatte i barnehagen som ønsker inspirasjon til å starte egne kunstpedagogiske utviklingsarbeider.
