La traduction et meme le resume en anglais permettent de bien suivre le developpement de Pierre, lequel refute pour ainsi dire pas a pas un texte de Damien, patriarche monophysite d'Alexandrie, et de se rendre compte combien les problemes de logique et plus encore la question du rapport entre les mots et les realites etaient sous-jacents aux polemiques de cette epoque.
